It was the perfect spot for our relaxing trip, with spacious rooms and great air conditioning. the food was great with plenty of choices, especially at the Italian restaurant where the staff were super friendly and efficient. We loved being surrounded by greenery and wildlife, and the various pools were excellent for both relaxation and fun. the outdoor waterpark was definitely a highlight, with 29 slides for guests of all ages to enjoy. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the All Nature Experience allowed us to explore the lush jungles and cenotes without leaving the hotel, adding a unique touch to our vacation. Overall, Sandos Caracol Eco Resort exceeded our expectations, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. It's a true gem for nature lovers and those looking for a rejuvenating getaway. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this eco-friendly oasis has to offer.
